Convention Schedule

​This is a tentative schedule to allow for travel plans to be made. 

As the dates get closer, the schedule may change.

  • Wednesday

    • Early Registration Packet Pick-up

      • 1:00pm to 5:00pm

    • Vendor Early Set-Up (Vendors Only)​

      • 1:00pm to 5:00pm​

  • Thursday

    • Registration Packet pick up 

      • 11:00am to 5:00pm

    • Vendor room open

      • 10:00am to 4:00pm (including After Party Extras Drawing Buckets for entry & Win-Win Drawings

      • 1:00pm Luncheon for first time attendees (newbies!) held by the Needham's.

    •  Evening Social (Lets Welcome All The Newbies!) and Pick A Prize   Giveaways

      • 7:00pm to 8:30pm

      • 8:30pm-11:00pm Room Open For Optional Left Right Center Game Play

  • Friday

    • Vendor Room Open (including After Party Extras Drawing Boxes for entry & Win-Win Drawings)

      • 7:30am to 9:15am

    • Morning session

      • 9:30am to 11:45am

    • Vendor room open (including After Party Extras Drawing Buckets for entry & Win-Win Drawings)

      • 12:00pm to 1:15pm

    • Afternoon session

      • 1:30pm to 4:30pm

    • Bingo Night -Optional Bingo Play- $10 to play (Cash)

      • 7:00pm to 9:00pm

    • Baseball Game-Optional Game & Meal- $25 Per person. No Transportation

      • Game Starts at 7:05pm​

  • Saturday

    • Vendor room open (including After Party Extras Drawing Buckets for entry & Win-Win Drawings)

      • 7:30am to 8:45am

    • Morning Session​

      • 9:00am to 11:30am

    • Vendor Room Open (last chance for After Party Extras bucket entries & Win-Win drawings)

      • 11:45am to 12:45pm​

    • Afternoon Session

      • 1:00pm to 3:00pm

    • Banquet Dinner, Southern Hospitality Drawings, After Party Extras, and More!

      • 5:30pm to 9:30pm​

  • Sunday

    • Morning session

      • ​9:00am to 11:30am 

               (Morning Session will include announcements regarding

               2026 and 2027 conventions & conclusion of convention)
