Vendors
We will be having a vendor room this year at the Convention. Space will be limited, so we are asking anyone who may be interested in having a booth to contact us at lilrocevent@yahoo.com. Please include what you will be providing or selling at your booth, the person who will be responsible for the booth, and their contact information.
Over the last few years, there has been a great deal of discussion around the vendor room, so we will be reviewing your requests to determine which vendors will provide the best goods or services to our convention attendees. This means we are looking for vendors who are actually providing goods and services that attendees can benefit from.
The final decision on which vendors will be provided the limited booths we will have will be determined by the convention administrators.

There will be a $150 vendor booth fee. The hotel will provide one table and two chairs for each vendor booth. If more than one table is needed, the hotel will provide them if space allows for an additional fee. We will
send out the vendor packets to all vendors approved by the 20th of January, 2025. ​This is when you will need to provide some additional information and pay the booth fee to secure your booth.
